Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product within 45 days of your purchase date.

  • Refund: Returned products must be in a new, unused, and resaleable condition.

  • Exchange (Store Credit): Returned products must be lightly sampled or unopened.

For returned items to be successfully issued a refund or exchange, you must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, email receipt).

Returns Process

  1. Check that you meet the above return conditions.

  2. Find your order/receipt number and contact us through here our customer service team will generate your return label and help you return the product.

Consumer Guarantees

Products sold on our website come under the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that products is fit for purpose and of an acceptable quality.

Consumer guarantees are not affected by our returns policy outlined above.

In the event you have purchased with us do not comply with the consumer guarantees, we will provide you with an exchange or refund based on below:

  • If we consider the product has a major failure under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. the product is not fit for purpose or doesn’t match the description, the product is unsafe).

  • If we consider the product has a minor failure under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g. packaging is cracked but does not affect the safety or efficacy of the product).

Where a product is damaged through misuse, accident or abnormal use, the Australian Consumer Law may not applied, and Karsiyah Beauty may choose not to provide a refund or exchange.

Karsiyah Beauty requires proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
